This is my food diary, where I list everything I've eaten for the day and hold myself accountable for it. I am on a weight loss journey that has taken 12 years of my life to start. Ever since my daughter was born I gained a lot of weight and haven't loved myself enough to do something about it. Now I am beginning this journey by eating well and exercising regularly, but mostly by loving my body.
